To help people save money in a tight economy, should cities set up bars in parks where you can bring your own?

beer and wine and just sit down on the park stool at the park bar and drink (instead of going to a bar). Buying your own drinks at a liquor store is cheaper than buying it a regular bar, and in the park you can sit with others and drink (and smoke since it is outside).

a Park is no place for a bar. Hang at someones home.
Yes, like every other country. Also states should allow more liquer licenses for new establishments. Maybe we need to be completely socialist before this happens.
